Hi there! I called customer service last week to ask several questions about a shrug jacket. Her name is Bailey and she personally measured the parts of the jacket that I was worried about fitting properly. She really was wonderful and so helpful and I ordered the jacket right away after she gave me the measurements! Thank you Bailey! I can’t wait to receive the jacket in the mail 🙂
