Impressed!

I am sincerely impressed with the level of proactive service you all have offered. Not only was this a great supplement to the notifications on the original order that certain items were not currently in stock, but this proactive communication included an open offer to assist, and the clear outline of when items are estimated to arrive at the warehouse. It sounds like Medieval Collectibles has some outstanding people and some terrific processes working hand in hand. Whatever you guys are doing — keep it up!
