Your customer service is outstanding, and a personal Thank You to Sierra, Who Helped me keep my cool with UPS. … For real, I was very upset and frustrated with how they handled the delivery process.A “3 day priority express” should not take more than a week to arrive.My order did finally arrive and everything was just Amazing. The fit was spot on, the colours were vibrant, and the Leather goods were soft, supple, and finely crafted.I will order again from you when I need something, as anyone can provide a product, but not everyone provides the level of service that was granted to me. As a first time customer I felt as if I was already part of a family that actually cared about each other and not just a number on a computer. So Again, thank you.
