Easy Returns and Exchanges:
- Enter the email address associated with your order and your Order ID, then click Find Order.
- Select the item(s) that you wish to return.
- Select your return type, either Store Credit (if you wish to make an exchange), Refund, or Repair.
- If you choose Repair, this should be something we have already arranged with you. While we can repair some items, we cannot repair all items.
- Select your reason for return. Certain options, such as damaged/defective may require a photo of the item.
- Enter any comments you have regarding your return if any.
- Review your Return Confirmation. Click submit.
- The next page will take you to PayPal where you can pay for your return label. You do not need to have a PayPal account, you can use any major credit card without having a PayPal account.
- After payment is made you will be able to print out your UPS return label.
- Follow the instructions shown for printing your packing slip and UPS label.
- Drop your package off at any UPS drop-off location.
- When we receive your return, please allow 1-3 days for processing.
Return Policy Highlights:
- This option is only valid for US customers.
- Can make returns for up to 30 days from the ship date of your order.
- Can get a refund if items are returned within 15 days.
- Can get store credit if returned after 15 days.
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
