Solid Cape, Sturdy and Warm, not too heavy

Wool keeps warm, even when wet. Will be using this for camping to double as a blanket for my hammock. I shop online often, and this product is literally perfect. Very pleased.

They sent it quickly but the color is NOT as advertised in the picture. I ordered grey believing it would be light gray as the picture shows. The cloak looks the same, but is dark gray (almost black).

A functional item and very dashing in red. It complements other pieces and creates a smooth silhouette for the look of any outfit

Solid construction and fast shipping, But as in other reviews, the color is not the same as the picture. I ordered a grey hoping to receive a lighter color as is shown in the picture, but it’s closer to black

Sturdy construction, warm and comfortable. Laces can accommodate a broach or cloak pin for a more accurate look.

Nice cloak, warm, and easy to wear. It’s a bit long but I’m only around 5’8″.

This is a very nice piece- warm, and thick without being bulky. The hood fits perfectly and can even go over a helm with a bit of wiggling.
Despite being 5’10 and having an athletic frame, I ordered the small/medium size because I wanted a knee-length cape. It’s still roomy enough around the shoulders to be comfortable and reaches about exactly where I wanted it to.
If you’re feeling like improving the cape, it’s really easy to add a couple of eyelets beside the tie strings if you prefer fastening with a cloak pin but don’t want to fray the fabric. I bought a large eyelet kit from a hobby store and it took about 10 minutes to put them in despite having never done it before. It ended up looking great, like the cape originally came with the eyelets.
Note- the product picture for the red cape is fairly accurate in terms of color. I feel the picture is more cherry, but the color I got is closer to scarlet (which is what I actually wanted). Minor difference but I’m very pleased with what I got.

I LOVE this cloak. It’s thick and warm and absolutely lovely. It also keeps warm when it started raining when I wore it! I am a 5’6 smaller framed woman, and it fits me perfectly! I intend to go by hobby lobby and pick up a fancy clasp to add to it.

It’s very nice, red color is darker than the photos – more like burgundy (which is preferable in my opinion). Recommend steaming it with a hand steamer to get the wrinkles from shipping out.
