Viking Bloodaxe

Inspired by a character from Viking lore and legend, this functional axe comes in a blunt version or a sharpened version. It has a wooden haft. Leather strips crisscross along the hafts length. They finish crossing at the socket of the axe head. The axe head has a bearded blade. The O2 tool-steel blade has a wide angled bottom for the beard. This beard angles downwards towards the edge. On the other side of the axe head, there is a small, chisel-shaped hammer that sticks out in the opposite direction of the blade. In addition, the blade has a blackened finish to help prevent rust.
