Round Visor Bascinet Helmet

Made from 14 gauge mild steel, this battle-ready helmet comes in two sizes. It has a traditional bascinet helmet shape. The helmet features a curved shape and a shallow point on top.

It has a visor in front. The rounded visor features a concave curved point in the middle of the top edge. Below the top edge, there is a pair of raised bars. The bars have circular holes for seeing out of. Below the eye holes, there are ventilation holes on the sides in a grid pattern. In addition, you can open and close the round visor. It attaches to the helmet with hinges and pins at the sides. The visor secures in place with a pin at the bottom. The helmet has a leather strap that wraps around the back of the head.

Finally, the helmet secures on the head with a chin strap. It has an interior lining. This helmet makes a fantastic addition to a variety of medieval roles. Wear it to your next reenactment.
