Rest In Peace, 2023 – Halloween Village by Department 56

When it comes to your mini Halloween village, you can create a truly spooky atmosphere with the Rest In Peace, 2023 figurine by Department 56. Made from porcelain and polyresin, this hand-painted figurine depicts a dark stone crypt sitting on grassy autumn ground.

The crypt has a blue grated door in front. There is an arched red and yellow window above it along with a sign that reads 2023. To each side, there is a statue of a winged skeleton. Below the right skeleton, there is a jack-o-lantern. Above the skeletons, there are quatrefoil windows.

There is a large arch around the outside of the door and statues. A lantern hangs over the top of the crypt entryway. There are pyramid-shaped finials and a cross at the roof line. Ivy climbs up one side of the crypt.

On the other side, there is a small, crack-like hole. This hole as well as the lantern and jack-o-lantern from the front light up. They light up with LEDs powered by 2 C batteries.

There is a commemoratory stamp on the underside of the figurine. This creepy crypt statue is perfect for Halloween village displays. This hand-painted miniature building is made by Department 56.
