Made from steel and ash wood, this axe resembles its historical counterpart. The ash wood haft has a gently curved shape and a knob at the bottom. The axe head connects to the haft with a single socket. Also, it has a pointed shape at the socket. Next, the head curves into a bearded blade. The edge of the blade is blunted. It is great for controlled reenactments, theater productions, and similar activities.
