The Manganese Steel Shadow Spear looks right at home in the hands of a mighty warrior ready to defend their kingdom. Made from manganese steel, this functional short spear has a long, double-edged blade with curved sides. It takes up half of the spears length. The blade has a forged finish. At the base, the blade has concave curves before the crossguard. The crossguard is as wide as the widest part of the blade.
Then, the hilt continues with the long handle. It has contoured sides for a more secure grip. The long grip has additional pieces of steel that make it thicker than the blade. Black leather wraps around the grip. The handle tapers inwards before widening at the end into a short pommel.
Finally, this spear comes with a top-grain leather sheath. The black sheath secures the sword with a snap strap. Bring this fierce spear to your next reenactment or battle.

One less star for “CHINA” in small’ish lettering on one side of the blade, near the blade base. That said, a serious heavy piece very much as its imagery. Over 3 feet, with almost half the length a sandwiched metal hilt with wrapped grip. Good piece.
