La Tene Celtic Spear

Modeled after one of the spearheads found in a La Tene burial site, this La Tene Celtic Spear is a fantastic recreation of a centuries-old spear from history that features great Celtic style, as well as an effective and wicked looking wave-blade. This spear is distinctive purely for its unique spear-head, which features a wave-like design that gradually grows narrower until it culminates into a working point. The effect of the wave-shaped blade is two-fold, serving to not only make the spear more impressive, but also rendering it into a lethal and light-weight stabbing instrument that inflicts wide wounds. The spears head is crafted from carbon steel and measures approximately 20 inches long, while the included hardwood pole measures approximately 72 inches long. The wave-blade is an uncommon design for a spear, although rarity does not make it less effective, as the La Tene Celtic Spear remains an effective weapon, both for training and practice as well as for display.
