Magic is perhaps the most daunting weapon, but even a master mage needs a trusty blade, should they find themselves in a pickle with their energy drained. The Komir LARP Longsword makes the perfect defense for any snookered sorcerer. This fantasy LARP weapon is made from a specially designed latex-free foam that has been injection-molded to a fiberglass core, ensuring extreme durability and flexibility while still remaining safe for LARPing or theater. This sword features an ornate wasp-waisted blade with an exaggerated concavity at its center. Its elegant, gold-colored handle features downward curving quillons and a leather wrap for easy gripping. The Komir LARP Longsword is the perfect weapon for any fantasy warrior, be they wizard, elf, or human adventurer.
Please note, this item is made through injection molding, therefore there is a small hole in the blade. This is not a defect. It is a sign of its construction.

We use this as the stand in for “Excalibur”, it is detailed and has an awesome heft to it, with a competitive length for reach, the grip has a solid swirl with a strong polyurethane style string synching it down, it handles well and it looks super regal, and due to the injection style molding from this maker, it holds up with a density that fells good and you feel confident that it will serve you well in different conditions. for durability I usually point to Mytholon for the foam weight and density, I have now purchased 5 or 6 and they never fail to be trusty and useful, and the paint job looks really nice, I had some small scrapes and a deformation from packing more than likely, but it is a solid sword guys!

It is a lot of fun and a good looking weapon. It is a little heavier than most LARP weapons and can be used as a stage prop. Still it is incredibly soft and great for all games, even the lightest touch LARPS. Very satisfied with it.

It looks really great, and feels good in the hand. Losing a star because mine came with a rather significant hole right on the blade. Not very large, but noticeable.
