The blouse portion of the dress has long, flowy sleeves with an elastic band above the elbow to create poofy shoulders. The neckline also has elastic for a gathered look. The top has a drawstring underneath the bust, giving the waist some definition. The top falls to the mid-thigh with an asymmetrical, dagged hem. Below the blouse, the skirt portion ends around the ankles. It has an elastic waistband. This versatile Julianne Fantasy Dress works great for many different eras and genres.
