It is available in three colors and a range of sizes. You can wear it opened or closed as brass buttons fasten it along the front. The bottom hem has a v-cut underneath the last button and side slits. The sleeveless design allows the possibility of wearing a shirt underneath. Adjust the fit at the back with the strap. Decorative pockets adorn the front. Wear this premium canvas vest at a LARP event, reenactment, or fantasy convention.

Good weight and fits me well. Goes well with my canvas breeches and can be used for colonial, pirate or naval officer garb. The heavier canvas weight is good for the events that I attend where I am part of the performance because I don’t have to worry about a light weight cotton fabric tearing while doing something like dueling with a sword or black powder demonstrations.

Another great piece from Mytholon! The weight of the material is of the no nonsense hardy variety. Very comfortable and adjustable to offer plenty of free movement.
Only improvement that could be offered would be functional pockets. As the description says, they are decorative but knowing this did not stop me from trying to put my hands in them.
I plan to use this as part of my pirate collection and it is comfortable enough to wear under my Captain’s coat without feeling bulky.

It should work if you are larger but I would high recommend measuring yourself for sizing otherwise you’ll end up with something massive on you.

Fits very well! Comfortable and light, works very well on top of a canvas tunic. I ordered the XL and was worried it would fall off my shoulders, but it fit very nicely!

Super happy with this purchase! I’m 5’11, 190lbs, and typically wear a large t-shirt. I purchase a medium vest since I wanted this to be a little more form fitting. Without sinches tied in the back, this fits with plenty of room to breath. When tied in the back, it become form fitting yet still comfortable and easy to move around in. The quality was also much higher than I was expecting, especially the make of the buttons. They’re firmly secured to the fabric and feel sturdy when the vest is buttoned. This makes a great addition to my current outfit and I’ll be using this in other outfits as well due to it’s versatility!
