Short tunics have existed since the Viking era, favorable due to their lessened length that allows the legs to move freely. The Early Medieval Short Tunic cuts off around the knees with a look perfect for guards and warriors. The long-sleeved tunic has a slightly V-shaped neckline, and it comes in several color options. Made from antiqued cotton linen with a rustic appearance, the historical garment feels light and comfortable to wear. The linen tunic works well for Renaissance fairs and other re-enactments!

This early medieval short tunic is far from short! or maybe i’m the short one, but non the less this tunic is great. I love the fact it actually contains linen compared to alot of the cotton tunics here. comfy and big

Great tunic. Roomy and allows for freedom of movement and layering. We got the green, and it looks better in person.

Our oldest son got one of these and I liked it so much I got one, too. It’s a nice linen blend, so it will shrink some, but it’s slightly oversized so it will compensate for some shrinkage. For a petite woman, it also works as a nice-looking, comfortable dress. It is long enough to provide great coverage, but also works well as a layering piece.
