While swords and other weapons may look good in photos, until you have them in your hands, you can’t truly judge their quality. I was specifically looking for a good quality Claymore without breaking the bank; one that can be handled when it’s on display, but would also serve to be passed down within the family. I was greatly pleased when the sword was delivered that it was very well packaged, and that when unpackaged and unwrapped it truly was an excellent example of a Scottish Great Sword – the two-handed Claymore! The scabbard is very well made, and will last well beyond my lifetime. This is not a backyard toy or even a stage weapon. It is a heavy, well-made, authentic, reproduction that will show well in anyone’s collection, on display at Highland Games or Clan Gatherings.
