According to Arthurian legend, the sword Excalibur is lost forever, returned to the Lady of the Lake upon the death of the king. Unless, of course, another worthy of the weapon comes along. Test your mettle with the Caledfwlch Sword. This beautiful two-handed longsword replicates the legendary blade of King Arthur, complete with an ornate floral pommel and quillons. Its long, high carbon steel blade is cut with a fuller that extends three-quarters down its length, and its crossguard is adorned with the Arthurian crest. The handle of this sword, wrapped in soft, blue leather, features an ornate ribbing pattern to facilitate grip. Its scabbard is also wrapped in leather as blue as the waters of Avalon, and its locket and chape feature ornate silver trimmings that resemble river grass. The Caledfwlch Sword is the perfect addition to the armory of any lover of British history and mythology who has wanted to hold the coveted Excalibur in the palm of their hand.

This sword is fabulous. No matter what version of Arthur you’ve read, and there are many, this is possibly a version of Excalibur. Other names for it are Caliburn. This is the Welsh spelling and I would like to know how to SAY it. In any case, this a gorgeous well made heavy sword. Looks great on the wall in the Great Hall!
