Bushmaster Backcountry Kukri

Inspired by the historical Indian weapon, the Bushmaster Backcountry Kukri makes a perfect companion for any adventure into the outdoors. Made from 1065 high-carbon steel, this fully functional kukri has the distinctive curved blade shape of a kukri. It has a point in the middle of the blades spine. The blade has a rough-forged finish with satin-finished edges.

The full tang kukri has a wooden handle. Brass pins secure the wood in place. The handle ends with a fan shape, which helps to keep a hand from sliding off the end. The end of the handle has a hole for a lanyard, not included.

Finally, this camping knife comes with a leather sheath. It secures the kukri with a snap strap. The sheath allows the outdoor knife to hang from a belt, not included. Care Instructions:

• For sheath: Remove dirt with a hard brush, then gently clean with leather soap and a soft, damp cloth. Remove soap with a separate damp cloth, then use a dry cloth to wipe away remaining water. Let dry naturally. Condition with oil or polish, then wipe with a final cloth to remove excess residue.
