When you march alongside the legions of the dead, this pair of Blackened Undead Spaulders will keep your upper arms safe on the battlefield. Forged from blackened 18 gauge steel, these spaulders are capable of standing up to intense LARP combat. The blackened finish on these spaulders makes them look stylish and helps resist rust. Please note these spaulders come coated in oil to further protect these shoulder armour pieces from rust.

These spaulders are sold as a pair. Each of these Mytholon steel shoulders are designed as two parts coming together with leather straps. Starting from the front, the larger piece at the top is called the cop, shaped like an oval dome to cover the front, back, and the top of the shoulders. The smaller piece below the shoulder piece is called the rerebrace and covers the upper biceps and triceps. The cop and the rerebrace have rivets and inset borders for added strength and dimension. The two rivets on the cop anchor the leather strap underneath. Two rivets on either side of the rerebrace also anchor a leather strap and buckle. This connects the pieces while allowing for a degree of articulation.

On the other side, the spaulders attach to your arm and your gear with two adjustable leather straps. The strap at the top of the shoulder cop is designed to attach to buckles on your chosen cuirass or gorget. There are three holes in these straps, allowing you to attach these spaulders to your cuirass or gorget at different elevations. The strap behind the rerebrace buckles around your arm. There are seven holes in the rerebrace straps, allowing you to tighten or loosen the spaulders on your arms. In between, a leather strap holds the two pieces together and is riveted at both ends.
