Blackened Ortwin Full Arm Guards

When fighting in a medieval battle, covering your arms is very important. Protect them from attack by wearing the Blackened Ortwin Full Arm Guards. Made from 18 gauge steel, these arm guards have a blackened finish. They come as a pair and secure to the arm with straps and curved sides. The sections for the upper arm and forearm have sides that curve to form a cylinder shape. These sides wrap around the arms.

The elbow section overlaps the arm sections. The elbow has three major pieces riveted together. There is also a side piece that helps to protect the inner side of the elbow. In addition, the elbow piece has a narrower piece of steel that wraps around the inside of the elbow, similar to the arm sections. Finally, there is a strap at the top of the arm guards for attaching them to the Blackened Ortwin Spaulders (MY101085), not included. These Blackened Ortwin Full Arm Guards look awesome at any medieval faire, LARP battle, or cosplay convention.

• This armour will arrive to you covered in protective oil. While this oil can be removed, it must be replaced with another protective maintenance product to protect your steel armour from rusting. Occasional oiling is necessary for the proper maintenance of this armour. When storing this armour, protect it from oxidation by coating it with machine oil.
