Do you wish that you could fight like a 17th century cavalryman or dragoon officer? Wield the Antiqued Mortuary Hilt Sword. Made from high-carbon steel, this functional sword has a long, double-edged blade. Replicated from a 17th-century original in England, a fuller runs down a quarter of the blade. An antiqued finish and the makers mark of 1414 in Roman numerals adorn the blade.
The English Civil War sword continues with a basket-style hilt. The black hilt has scrolled foliage designs as well as an engraved image of the head of Charles I. Brown leather covers the grip. There are wire details at the ends of the grip. The hilt ends with a cylindrical pommel.
Finally, this sword comes with a matching scabbard. Brown leather also covers the scabbard. It has a black chape and throat. Take this sword to your next historical reenactment or battle. You can also add it to your sword collection.
