At the top of the sheath, there is a loop for sliding the sheath onto a belt, not included. A rivet secures the loop to the sheath. Great quality leather sheath. The only problem is that it isn’t for this blade. Don’t get me wrong, the blade fits, mostly, and I would much rather have it than not. The only issue is that about 3/8” of the blade edge is still protruding from the sheath after fully seating the blade. The Herb Knife that I received is sharp as a razor right to the hilt, so be careful with that bit sticking out.
