The Alrich Scroll Bag is a helpful accessory for those entrusted with the task of delivering important documents. The cylindrical bag is handmade from upper leather, which is soft and smooth in texture, yet extremely durable. It is dyed throughout so that it will keep its color even if the outer surface is scratched. Thick leather stitching reinforces the top and bottom of the scroll. An adjustable buckle strap secures the closure. The attached loop easily slides over a belt.

Solid overall value here, though I feel like there’s a little room to improve on the opening/closing of the lid – it’s not bad, just not as smooth as it could be. Other than that, it’s great — perfect to carry a roll-up leather journal, scroll and even a narrow can (cans of cold brew coffee fit fine, but soda cans may be too wide) or narrow bottle. Great addition to your wizard, sorcerer, or alchemist costume.

This scroll bag is perfectly sized to hold letter sized paper. So write up some runes on a piece of paper, rub it down with coffee grounds or wet tea leaves, burn the edges, roll it up, and curse your enemies.

High quality and can endure quite a bit! Great for fitting in scrolls, small tapestries, or thin drink bottles or cans. My only issues with it were opening it. It’s hard to explain, but when you open it the back lining gets in the way a little bit, making it awkward to keep open for a while. That, and undo the buckle before you go to the faire! It is tight and somewhat difficult to undo properly. Could probably be amended with frequent use though.

Little darker than the main picture for the brown. The lid is a bit cumbersome. Unless you latch it down it tends to struggle to stay down but then the buckle is a bit tough to constantly fasten/unfasten. For the price it’s really hard to complain about it overall though. It gets the job done, looks the part, leather is sturdy, the stitching is excellent.
