Whether you wish to become William Wallace or another brave Scottish warrior, take the William Wallace Steel Claymore into battle. Made from 1095 high-carbon steel, this functional sword has a heat-treated, double-edged blade. There is a leather-wrapped section at the base of the blade for wielding the sword two-handed.
The sword continues with a steel crossguard. The arms of the crossguard end with round tips. There is a point in the center that faces the blade. The hilt continues with a wrapped grip. Brown leather covers the hardwood grip. The hilt ends with a steel scent stopper-style pommel. This sword works well for historical reenactments.

The sword is beautiful and nicely “sharp.” Was back-ordered and arrive about 21 days after placing the order. We love the sword, and the meaning behind it.

Amazing sword, even better than expected. Great care was taken to package it very well and shipping was fast. Strong, sharpened high carbon steel blade with just the right amount of flex. Nice hardened, smooth leather, a nicer brown than in the pictures. Solid steel fittings, peened pommel. Heavy, strong sword, accurate to Braveheart, very authentic feeling and definitely functional in a terrifying way. 56″ long, 11.5″ wide guard, 10″ handle with two risers, 3″ pommel, about 10.9 pounds. Great service from Medieval Collectibles as usual, their emails and live chat are unmatched in service. Keep it up guys! Overall, if you are looking for a good, functional William Wallace claymore, look no further than this masterpiece. A worthy addition to top off my collection.
