Huzzah! Quick delivery, good price, and a NICELY made shirt! If you’ve had bad experiences elsewhere (like I have), congrats on finding this one. Yes, it really IS pure cotton! The natural has a good off-white color (not as brown as in the picture). I would not hesitate to recommend this to my Rennie cast mates!

i couldn’t be happier with these shirts. i use them for daily wear and and i am very rough on my clothes. these shirts hold up fantastically to the abuse i routinely put them through.bought my first set of three over a year ago and i am only just now having to replace them. i truly couldn’t be happier with them and highly recommend them to everyone who asks. customer service is simply top notch. i have had minor reasons to call them from time to time and everyone I’ve talked to has been extremely helpful and kind. even going so far as to talk me through issues i had(on my end only) with ordering or simply calling with a question. truly the single best buying experience I’ve ever had.

Great value at less than half the cost of other period reenactment shirts. Very comfortable poplin cotton made in India. I’ve bought three of the 2X for my 48″ chest and am fairly certain I will by more. Plenty of room but a tad snug at the neck. Highly recommend.

This shirt has always popped up on my searches for medieval clothing. After passing it up every time for something else, I finally bought one & I am really sorry I didn’t buy this shirt sooner. It is a VERY solid item to have. I bought the Natural color in size Large. The color is truly an off white as mentioned previously. My chest measures around 42 – 43 inches & a Large fits nicely. It came out of the package feeling pretty stiff. So, I washed it on a Regular wash cycle & air dried it. I don’t really think it shrank at all & it feels much softer to wear. I’ll probably use the Gentle cycle going forward to extend the life of the shirt. GDFB uses such a nice cotton material for their clothing that I plan to wear this shirt not only at Ren Fests but around the house during Fall/Winter season, too. It’s more like a real piece of clothing than a costume shirt. The fabric is not too light, but not too heavy, either. It strikes a good balance between the two. Just an all around, well constructed garment that looks & feels great. I like the collar & I had no issues with the stitching. If there were issues, I feel like this shirt could hold up to the alterations & keep on going. It works so nicely with a number of different outfits, too. The only thing that would make this shirt better would be to have it available in more colors. A real, classic, affordable Medieval style shirt with modern day quality material & craftsmanship. I definitely recommend this item.
